Hiproxy is easy to use, just follow these steps:

After installation, connect to your Internet provider.

1. Run Hiproxy: Start > Programs > Hiproxy group > Hiproxy
   Make sure your Internet connection is selected in box Connection (use "LAN" for cable/DSL).  
   Hit button Settings and confirm your Real IP address, or, if empty - select "auto detect".
   
2. If proxy list is empty, hit button Import > Download > select a web page > Import Proxies > Exit
   
3. Select a proxy server from the list and hit button Verify
   
4. Wait for a few seconds, if the line icon becomes green - the server is anonymous
   
5. Hit button HTTP (if an HTTP proxy) in the bottom Browser section.  The selected proxy IP address is copied into the HTTP box .  You can also select HTTPS, FTP and Socks protocols.
   
6. Select checkbox Use Proxy and hit button Apply.  The default browser opens with a confirmation page.  You can go to http://whatismyip.com or http://www.cmyip.com to verify the selected proxy.

Done!  Now you can surf the web anonymously with all your requests transiting through the selected proxy server.  Repeat steps 3 to 6 to set another proxy.
